The Balfour Hall was packed with people at last nights meeting regarding the fisheries decline on Kootenay Lake. There is a 3-5 million dollar per year fisheries on Kootenay Lake. Many people are concerned about the poor condition of fish being caught, the decline in catching large trophy fish and the rapid decline in kokanee numbers.
