Kootenay Co-op Radio and the Friends of Kootenay Lake Stewardship Society are once again partnering up to host the Polar Bear Swim at Lakeside Park in Nelson, BC on New Years Day. We will be serving up hot chocolate, Oso Negro coffee, and hot chili complete with Hawaiian music on the beach. It will be down-right tropical.

Join us for this popular FUNdraiser for these two community groups.

We are asking people to pick up a pledge form from KCR, then gather donations from your friends, family, and co-workers. These donations will go to KCR and Friends of Kootenay Lake Stewardship Society to help them continue to do the important community work they do.
